Questions

Your products will be shipped within 1 to 5 days of your order, and then take 15 to 30 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at dealskart.com.au has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. For more details, please read our shipping policy.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@dealskart.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations are possible only before your orders are shipped. Once, your order is shipped, it will not be possible to cancel your order. 

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we will guide you how to return the item. For more details, please read our refund policy.
